The Harrison Development & Construction owner’s prior business experience helps the firm realize the tremendous value that is associated with their customers’ overall satisfaction. As such, Harrison Development & Construction has created several unique systems that prevent cost overruns and construction delays. The company builds well-constructed and well-conceived homes that are delivered on time and within budget. The team believes that this approach will result in referrals and brand awareness, which will ultimately contribute to the growth of speculative and custom home products.


As President of Harrison Development and Construction, Scott manages the firm’s land acquisitions, financing, and business operations. From 2007 through 2010, Scott worked for the Liberty Street Real Estate Group, where he performed in an asset management role. Liberty Street managed the development of single-family master-planned communities and various commercial real estate assets for a $6 billion private equity real estate fund. In 2008, he helped start Harrison Development & Construction, a start-up, homebuilding venture, and took full control of the business in 2013. Scott holds an MBA with a real estate focus from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business (2007) and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University (2000). Scott also has investment banking experience with Wachovia Securities.


Ken Warlick serves as Head of Construction Operations for Harrison Development & Construction. Ken has been in the Atlanta residential construction industry for over 12 years and has personally managed the construction of over 300 single-family residential homes corresponding to over $25mm in revenue. In 2013, Ken was awarded the prestigious OBIE award for residential single family construction by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Ken graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science and Technology degree in Construction Management.


Branden serves as a Project Manager for Harrison Development & Construction. Upon graduation from Auburn University in 2013 with a Building Science degree, Branden began work in the Atlanta residential construction industry with Haven Real Estate Investments. He has built over 20 single-family homes in the Brookhaven area. Before attending Auburn, Branden grew up working with his family’s residential construction business.


Christie joined Harrison Development & Construction in 2015. She holds a BS in Education degree from the University of Georgia and taught Business Education for many years at the secondary and post-secondary level. Christie was the Controller/Office Manager at a landscape firm for 15 years. Prior professional roles include positions in Human Resources, Transportation, and International Sales.


Scott Roark joined Harrison Development & Construction in June of 2016 and brings with him over twelve years of experience in the home building industry. He has experience in real estate sales and warranty, with eight of those years in purchasing and estimating. Scott has worked with remodeling, semi-custom, and national production builders. Scott served in the U.S. Navy for eight years and earned his A.A. Degree in Networking Systems.


Serving as a designer since 2013, Jessie specializes in the home planning component. Her exterior and interior design concepts offer homebuyers fresh color palates and an innovative blend of design elements. Each home is approached with careful design planning to create a polished, cohesive and unique end product. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Jessie is passionate about Atlanta and improving the community. She believes that transparent communication and process integrity are the keys to creating positive construction experiences for homeowners.

Harrison has developed a quality control system that sets explicit requirements for each part of the project throughout the entire building process. From material selection to sub-contractor requirements, work standards, jobsite audits, and project close-out processes, we adhere to a detailed documented set of written standards and guidelines, strictly implemented by each Project Manager.
